This must be a new Ruling.
There have been numerous instances in the past,
When individuals
(Licence Holder and their Friends/Relatives)
Have been held in possession of,
Small number of Cartridges, (Mostly at Airports),
Which they were accidentally/unknowingly, carrying.
I feal this is a good decision.
Though there is no excuse,
On the part of a License Holder,
To misplace Live Ammunition.
A Firearm has to be Respected, It is a Responsibility.
The complete Onus lies with the Owner.
