I don't know of any online verification system, best contact your licensing authority for all such inquires.

Is Training certificate for arms licence

For renewal - Not required.

online renewal...done using your UIN number...i think authority and/or government link /access availaible with DM/DCs

Online renewal is like Glock pistol in India. You can see/read on your PC's and smart phones but practically not available.

Very true. I got my license renewed last month and everything was manual. The license got renewed for a period of 3 years only. On asking I was being told that they are not aware of any changes.
