Can anyone advise me what's the turnaround time for applying the license request under family heirloom after the death of licensee. I mean how much time I have before goin to applying authority with my request??

Is there any such time mentioned in Arms Rules 1962? Please read the Rules and see what they say. Even if there is no such time mentioned, it is always better to apply at the earliest without any unreasonable or unexplainable delay.
