i have some people who visit usa and dubai, so they can purchase it for me as it will be cheaper.
so i want to know about legal thing.
does crosman needs any licens for purchaseing .
in any of the case.

Sorry to disappoint you but .22 calibre co2/air pistols cannot be normally imported. Though It does not require a license but still .22 calibre in air pistol category is banned even for rifle association members. Why don't you go for 2300T or 2300S.

Actually AFAIK, .22 Air pistols and Rifles are perfectly legal to import so long as they conform to the "deal wood test" and on payment of duties (usually 100%). The Customs will tell you that it is illegal and the confusion arises due to the fact that the Government has expressly permitted Rifle Club Members to import by Post/Courier only .177 caliber Pistols/Rifles and pellets free of import duties. So if you want to legally import a .22 Air Rifle / Pistol and pellets in Checked Baggage, and are willing to take the "deal wood test" and pay the duties it is perfectly legal.
