Airgun/Airsoft Dealer License

Hello Everyone
My name is Hiten and must appreciate amount of valuable information IFG is providing to us. WELL DONE GUYS!!!!

Few things are cleared in my head i.e.
Airguns don’t need license (if pass deal wood test or if they are of minimum level of caliber)
Airguns do not come under Arms act 1985 (Recently Supreme court stay order )
Airguns can only be imported freely if they are 0.177 cal (Importer has to be member of state rifle asso.)

Now my questions are :-
A. I am thinking to invest money in an opening of online/retail shop of air gun and airsoft products. Do I need any license apart from Company registered under this category?

B. Importer can bring 0.177 free of customs duty with membership then does it say anywhere I cannot bring more than one ; what is the limit now as it does not come under arm act of Max 10.?

C. Air soft guns shoot Plastic BB , and we all know it will pass deal wood test so how do they classify caliber of it.

D. ARE COMMERCIALLY AIRGUNS IMPORT BANNED IN INDIA?
