Indians For Guns

1) My licence are only a distt area.
2) I had applied for State level in month of march2013. In whcih condition/ red tpae ism the refused it. And than what i Do for it. Is there any provision in arm act to control/challangee the ADM Powers. If I can visit all over india frequently without any hach pack than why arm licence are only valid for distt cader. When I applied for state cader licence the licnece clerk said me that App DBBl le ker state me gumoge, he said like that. The Superditant of DC office said that the ADM are very strict he cannecled your gun licence. kindly advice me if he did that. In which circumstances/ condition/reason my gun license are cannceled. What can I do for increase my licence area and it cannot be cannecled.

3) What about for entering a addition weapon. procedure/condition and others.
4) Can we bound/pressureize Adm and their staff( staff of Dc/ADM office) to increase the license area and enter a addition weapon in the same license, because in 1 licence you can enter a 3 weapons.
5) is ther any supre court guideliance than provide me. If others than also. The Adm/ staff of Adm office considered a 380 Acp 7.25x65 tokeran, Makarov and 38 Special as a PB weaqpon.Ias there any act to show that these all callibe are NP. It all happens happens in Himachal. Kindly guide us. I want to fight for my right.kindly guideme/help me.

Simply apply for an increase and challenge a rejection

This varies. For Delhi, it's as simple as submitting an affidavit and requesting a new weapon, other states make you apply for another license and then process it accordingly.

Yes, you can pressurize them. You can strong arm them. You can annoy them. BUT only with knowledge and persevere. GMB had posted a high court judgment to this effect.

There is none. I've sent RTI's to my LA and MHA, both came up empty. I'd suggest sending an RTI to the LA specifically asking for the PB/NPB status of a caliber.

You may also RTI the LA to provide you the provisions in Arms Act 1959 and Arms Rules 1962 that define "prohibited bore". Actually "prohibited bore" does not exist under Arms Act or its Rules. This has been discussed here http://indiansforguns.com/viewtopic.php ... 83#p200583

I have also not come across any judgment related to increase of area validity. You will have to fight this matter keeping in view Rule 4 of Arms Rules 1962, Schedule II of Arms Rules 1962, Rule 53 of Arms Rules 1962, the fundamental rights guaranteed to you by the Constitution of India and the principles of natural justice.
