hello freinds yesterday i met an officer in karnataka state rifle assocation b'lore to get new admission,there i met a old member he told me that in karnataka to get a arm licence under sports quota you must be a national shooter other wise it is not possibe,he told me that he is a member of that club since 2 years but he is not able to get the licence under sports quota. Now i need suggestion what i have to do if i fall in this situation i allready applied for a licence under family heirloom which is rejected by SP of the district........ :)

If you are willing to fight the matter wisely, then getting license is not impossible. If not willing to fight, then it might not be possible. If you search this forum, you will find that there are members who got the license after "refusal". The main thing is how far you are willing to fight.
