R/Members,
Some body told me that the blank cartridge should have to be deposited to the authority. I am owing a .32 handgun since 2004 and I never keep the blank cartridge so far. So, I need clarification from our learned members about the depositing of blank cartridge to the local authority or it just a hoax. I have never read the Arms Act yet. Please, give me some lights on the matter.
