Ammo Quota for Target Practice

My friend has got a .22 rifle licence, after a prolonged legal battle. Now he has been issued a licence with 50/ 150 as ammo quota. He has appealed to the new L.A ( collector) who has straightly told him that if he is shown any legal G.O. / MHA order etc , he will endorse it . Friends this guy is fellow club member, a avid sports shooter who's daughter is also aspiring to be one. So please go through your resources and reply as soon as possible.
