This matter is already discussed in the forum. Please use the search box before creating new threads. Creating more and more threads on the same topic serves no purpose. Anyways answering below:

The licenses cannot be renewed since the license holder has passed away. New arms license applications will have to be made. When the firearms were deposited with government, you must have been given some deposit receipts. If you have those receipts with you, then confirm if those firearms are still there. If the firearms are still there, apply for fresh arms licenses for revolver and rifle. In the arms license application form give the reason as "family heirloom" and mention those deposit receipt numbers. Also attach no objection certificate from all legal heirs of the firearms.
