I live in city A and my permanent residence is city B, both of same state.
I have a npb handgun license issued from city A, my queries are as below:

1. Can I apply and get second npb handgun license from city B.
2. Can I apply and get a npb Rifle/ npb Shotgun license from city B.

Your legal view is solicited.

You can certainly apply from city B but do not give incorrect information or suppress any information that is asked in application form. Also do not give unnecessary information that is not asked in the application form.

So I am safetly assuming that there is no legal issue in having 2 licenses/weapon for same bore (npb)

Why not have your wife apply for a license? that would be much simpler

Apply for a new one for her.. and don't mess with her after that

So by default if someone applies for a license in a city then does he not get it for the whole state? Do you have to separately apply if you want it endorsed for the whole state?
