what will be the punishment for carrying a firearm beyond the area of validity.?

Arrest.......FIR ........confiscation of firearm......bail from court.........if rejected appeal to the HC....if rejected appeal to the SC.....you remain in jail till you get bail......court case that will last for 10 to 15 years......if found guilty conviction and possibly jail time minus period already spent in jail.
This all is dependent upon your getting caught
