In order to form GB Nagar RA, I called up UPSRA. They told me it 'might' already exist and DM would be the president of it.
So, I mailed the DM's official Email ID, but no response.
So here I have 2 questions for lawyerd/CAs/CSs and all those who have knowledge (please support with valid links and documents,etc)
1. If it exists,how do I get the info out of DM's office? Is RTI needed or some other procedures are to be followed?
2. If it doesn't,
Then I would need
a) NOC from DM/SDM.
b) Need to register it to registrars of the societies.
For this I would need a governing body of 9-10 members and address of office.
So, how do I get these things?
Can the office's address be a residential address (people do manage NGOs from their homes)
And now THE most important question!!!
How much will either cost?! Especially the latter one.
