You already have yourself listed very good High Court judgments in the following links:

i) http://indiansforguns.com/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=15638
ii) http://indiansforguns.com/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=15639

1) I do not think there are Supreme Court judgments related to licensing under Arms Act 1959 because most of them get solved at High Court level itself. Anyways you can do a search on some legal search engines like http://www.indiacourts.in/ or http://indiankanoon.org/ etc. There have been many Supreme Court judgments in support of right of private defense which is corollary to Article 21 of Constitution of India. You can connect these judgments with licensing matter under Arms Act 1959 because Supreme Court cannot mean in these judgments that self defense has to be done with bare hands only. One such important judgment by Supreme Court being Darshan Singh vs State Of Punjab & Anr. on 15 January, 2010.

2) Also you may contact NAGRI to get a copy of legal document prepared by eminent lawyers. Please read this post by skeetshot http://indiansforguns.com/viewtopic.php ... 78#p152378

3) I have been telling time and again on this website that arms are acknowledged as a fundamental right under the Articles 19 and 21 in Constitution clearly but very cleverly. If one reads the Preamble of Constitution of India, Article 19(1)(b), Article 21, Article 51A(b),(c),(d),(i) and Article 246(5) all together with Objects and Reasons of Arms Act 1959 and its provisions with a legal eye it becomes clear. I have tried to explain this in the following posts:

a) http://indiansforguns.com/viewtopic.php ... 7&start=30
b) http://indiansforguns.com/viewtopic.php ... 45#p159487
c) http://indiansforguns.com/viewtopic.php ... 15#p117785
d) http://indiansforguns.com/viewtopic.php ... 56#p149914

If for any reason you are not able to understand the concepts explained above and in the links above, you may take help of some skillful lawyer who actually understands these and the Constitutional law.
