I OWN A ALL INDIA LICENSE OF REVOLVER/PISTOL CAN I BUY HAND GUN FROM DIFFERENT STATE , DO I NEED PERMISSION FOR SELLLING MY FIRE ARM FROM THE D.M

yes you can buy arms from any state in india provided there are no local restrictions . for selling your weapon you need to have permission from the DM.

1st have a new one in place, give a 45 day notice to sale with the details from whom you want to buy from.
