WHETHER IT REQUIRES A POLICE CLEAREANCE

Please don't use all caps, it is as if you are shouting. If you mean spring powered bb pistols then there is an Indian make called Blanca. You might be better off with an IHP spring powered pellet pistol. Air pistols don't need police clearance.
