so one have to be a renowned shooter to get a licence? question bagged to be asked? how does one become a renowned shooter? by blowing kisses at the target?

looks like the guy is talking out of his *** and we are supposed to be protected and respected such ones?

I t would be interesting to get a breakdown of the arms, I mean how many are Govt Servants, how many are Defence Personnel, How many are Politicians, their relatives and small time Netas.

What are you going to achieve or prove by getting breakdown of number of arms held by government servants, defense personal, politians etc.?

question; i play football every week. do i need to be in the top 10 list? or to own a football must i have compete in national match?

is not a sport player a sport player without being in the top 10?
