Greetings,

I have a 12 bore double barrel gun. Its on my father's name. My father died in April 2011. Now i want it to transfer it in my name. I belong to Gujarat.

Please help me out with the procedure.

deposit the gun in an armoury.
make lots of copies of your fathers arms licence.
apply for a gun licence.
keep waiting for a long time.
pray to god that you are granted the licence.
