Our local District Rifle Association resides on paper only , some of us are trying to infuse some life into it . I need clarification on few points .
1) Does Disrtict Rifle Asscation needs to registered. If yes should it be registered with the District registrar or some other body?
2) What are the documents needed for registration.
3) Can a Rifle association with the District Collector as The President and The Commissioner of Police as Vice -President be registered without any bylaws?
