i want to know how one can acquire a arms manufacturing (dbbl 12 bore) licence in India. i am from jammu. One more crucial question is the there is already a arms manufacturing licence on the name of my father. can I myself acquire a licence. Can both the licences be on the same home address.What is the procedure to get the licence.Where to get the form.what documents do i need. what are the requirements. Please help.

P.S irrespective of the fact if the govt. is giving licences or not, i still want to know the full procedure
