If I have owned a gun in U.S.A for an year, can I bring it to India legally under the new law that prohibits OCIs from owning a gun?
If it is possible then tell me what Glock handgun would you go for which is also legal in India.
Thank you.

Where does it specifically talk about OCI who already owns a weapon overseas and would like to import the gun?
Thanks.

Hi! SO what is TR it has to do with residence right? Any forms, I would need to feel or just have my gun surrendered at the airport. Are you 100% that it is legal under residency change? Considering that I carry NPB, I would need to own gun for at least an year in U.S right or it has changed?
Thanks.
