I dont think that is possible. reloading is not legal, as per my knowledge.

You can wait for legal gurus to shed more light.

Doesn't know how to import but reloading is illegal.

I own a 12 ga reloading kit. My grandfather used to reload with it.
Doesn't use nowdays as reloading is illegal. Will post its pics by tomorrow.

AFAIK reloading is LEGAL, as per the same central Govt. notification that exempts almost airguns from ALL provisions of the Arms Act, reloading tools like capper, decapper, crimper etc. are exempted from the Arms Act. However, to purchase consumables like gunpowder, primers/ percussion caps etc. you need an entry on your Arms License for allowable purchase quantities (similar to ammo quota allowed - x Kg. gunpowder at a time/ y amount per year etc.).

The problems is that there seems to be no smokeless powder or primers for sale anywhere, just percussion caps & blackpowder!

Cheers!

Even if the powder and the primer is available.
It is nearly impossible to get the quota endorsed on arms lic from our beloved babus

How does one know how much gun powder is allowed per licence? There seems to be no mention of it in licences(only muzzle loaders' licences).
