Re: RTI Customs /TR / import of AR
No updates, sir. I sent my response to the Appellate Authority followed by two reminders. But no movement from them. So have forwarded my case to CIC's office for perusal. Once any updates follow, I'll post on the board.

Jeff Cooper advocated four basic rules of gun safety:
1) All guns are always loaded. Even if they are not, treat them as if they are.
2) Never let the muzzle cover anything you are not willing to destroy.
3) Keep your finger off the trigger till your sights are on the target.
4) Identify your target, and what is behind it.

Re: RTI Customs /TR / import of AR
Well Job Done, one of our coligue has done a fantastic job....RTI...to customs. 3 cheers...)))
Again just a suggestion....sometimes either we ask too much what is required, or fail in our goal by asking what is required exactly, I mean what should be our question ?....
like winnie rightly pointed POI to be punished for giving incomplete and misleading information.
Rather in my case, when a rewoned shot has to give an end user certificate to satisfy the custome officer....Lots of other questions are also there...
why not start a seperate thread....Right RTI Question ?....
under this what all unanswered questions, which r still on ur mind, should be shared.....so that next time we hit them hard....
)))cheers!!!

Great stuff man, Its like hitting them from all side.
I hope that its matter of time before Govt bureaucrats realize that they need to straighten the laws out and they cant get away with jst passing the bucks.
Atleast 1 good thing that Govt has done is RTI law

It's in their blood to pass the buck and twist the law as per their individual desire and that holds for all the different Custom outposts!!
Great going M24, hope you get positive results or at least a clear picture.
