A little OT and I'll post in the relevant section too, but basically, my senior told me that though the aluminium stock FWB 700 has better refinement capacity, its more delicate and damages easily. Any comments?

You can also buy consignment insurance in India from companies like Tata AIG. In many cases that is better because you have to deal with a local party in getting your payment when something like this happens. In any case all's well that ends well.

As far as Mack The Knife's helping you set your air rifle up is concerned, I would have been surprised if he didn't do it. :D Cheers!

Trust me, it was a bore! There just don'r seem to any end to the adjustments possible. These really are Mecanno guns. Give me a well maintained FWB 300S in steel and walnut any old day.

could somebody tell what will be d exact cost of rifle in indian rupees after tax and all those duties to be paid if the cost of d rifle is 1500 euros??? and suggest any indian shop/delers where i can get imported rifle in person??? :stupid: :stupid: :stupid:

Pardon me in advance...But was it not so that any member of a recognized rifle association can import air rifles without paying customs duty. It seems that you paid more than 45000 rs for the same??? Seniors please clarify.
Convincing a rouge not to mess with you is a lot easier with a gun in hand.
