hi friends,
i want to import a 4mm revolver to India ... am a student in Ukraine, actually this has power equivalent to air gun. in Ukraine no need of arms licence in order to keep it ..so what about india does it requires arms licence

My understanding is that these 4mm revolvers are very low powered firearms, probably lower power than most air rifles. How ever they are firearms and by Indian Law the import/possession of a firearm is governed by the Arms Law. All firearms laws will apply to these 4 mm revolvers + you wont find ammunition here in India. Some firearms restrictive countries like Germany sell these revolvers with either no licensing or very easy to obtain licensing since these are primarily for target practice. How ever unless an exemption is obtained from the Home Ministry of India, that these revolvers are not powerful(powerless ) enough to be licensed there is no way to avoid getting a license for possession.

yes these have small bullet almost equal to size of pellets
