Hi All,
Since we all are also here for RKBA, it becomes important for us to read and understand the Constitution of India. The Constitution of India in brief is available at http://www.lawyersclubindia.com/forum/I ... RIEF/4017/
The entire Constitution of India in English and Hindi is available at http://indiacode.nic.in/coiweb/welcome.html

One thing that is missed by most people in any country is that they tend to think that the Rights can come only if they are given by the Government. While I do agree that in a practical sense that any Right is only as good as it is exercised, there are God given Rights that every human being is entitled to. One of which is the Right to Self Defense. It is a whole other matter that a Government can deny its citizens the means to exercise this Right and thereby effectively denying them the Right itself.
Regards,
Anand
