Hello, I was just reading all posts and getting directions to appeal against the rejection order.
I am lucky that my license had been issued after the 2 times rejected by LA. I learned the way once it’s rejected last time and send appeals to home ministry in Mumbai. With all experience I ham able to get reconsidered order and the CP office need to check again.
I suggest fight in Supreme Court will not help. Please check the arm rule it’s mentioned in. Rule 14. Please try to get reconsidering order and then follow it.
