An old saying goes 'the law is an ass'. I don't mean to insult the law of the land, though, I want to.
By this logic, even punching and accidentally killing someone, during some unfortunate incident (including, using revered Martial Arts techniques) are lethal weapons and crimes.
Also cars, bricks, stones, screwdrivers are all lethal weapons...the list goes on... in fact, such learned members of the judiciary should pass a law against the very birth of human beings.
Anyways, thank you for revealing that paper cutters can land someone in trouble.
