owning replica without certificate?

hi i want to know that if someone posses a replica/deactivated/antique/obsolete patent firearm without certificate then it would be legal or not? such as someone lost the certificate or didn't get it what happen in that situation.

is certificate is just for to show cops that you posses a legal weapon?

If it can fire a projectile, then it is firearm as per definition of firearm in Arms Act 1959. It needs license, please read here click here
