Validaty of UP License in Uttarakhand, Issued before Year 2000

Hi Friends,

i have a revolver license from 1997 with all UP Validity, but in Year 2000, New state as Uttarakhand came into force, so i just want to know, my all UP Validity license will work in Uttarakhand or not.
i have heard that in 2003, UP Govt has issued a G.O. for those license holders, having all UP Validity license issued before year 2000 are allowed to Roam in both states, UP & Uttarakhand as well.
if it's true, please someone send me the copy of 2003 G.O.
