Help needed regarding renewal of arms license
Actually the Arms license holder is engaged in a FIR under section 498,406(matrimonial dispute.currently case is pending in the court.
Is this FIr create hurdle in renewal of his arms license or not?
If licensing authority refuses to renew the arms license,then what's the next possible step to renew it??
