Hello Members,
My application for fresh arms license was rejected by Commissioner of Police BrihanMumbai (Mumbai Police) after being in process for more than a year.
My next option would be making an appeal against refusal of arms license in Mantralay. But I am unsure about the procedure. The application is to made to Secretary Home Ministry Maharashtra or Home Minister Maharashtra?
How much fees is to be paid along with the appeal application and via Demand Draft or Postal Order?
