Hi everyone;
I am Prateek from etawah UP.Currently i live in Agra.My grand father had 12bore sbbl.HisLicense was issued from Auraiya UP.After his death the gun has been deposited in a gun shop.How can my father have that gun.As we are living in Agra can he apply for the license from Agra or he have to go to Auriya for license.Please help me in this matter.

Prateek,
To the best of my knowledge, your father can apply for a license at the present location he is in under the family heirloom category. You need to submit the proof to that effect.Once the license is issued, you can collect the gun from the dealer.
