Post by firearm » Sun Sep 01, 2013 7:10 pm

Hello,

I stumbled upon some British Time Ceromonial Swords...I think they are ceremonial, though they have one edged very strong blade, can be used for defence and attack. Can I use it for display without licence? Pl guide....Thanks.

The Notification issued under Section 4 of Arms Act 1959 is in force in Mumbai at least and probably would be in Pune ( you woul need to check this) . This has been confirmed by a professonal criminal lawyer and an IFGian.
