A) please correct your age as in your profile (it shows up as 20)
B) while the usual age for issuance of arms licenses is 21, persons who are into shooting sports may be issued a license at 16+ years of age. For this you will need to back up your application with more than a few Distt/ state/ national level competition certificates of participation/ awards won etc.
C) you need to apply from your place of normal residence and also furnish all addresses you have lived at in the preceding 5 years. The police verification report will be requested from all of the above police stations within whose jurisdiction you have resided over the past 5 years.
