Hello IGFGns,
I am a returning resident and wish to bring a firearm with me.. do not have a license yet in India.. but talked to few influentials there and may get one within a month or two if i arrive in India...now during the trip i will be taking a firearm with me , declaring at the airport... and obviously will be confiscated by the customs... now if in any case i am unable to get license for some reasons.. and since i will be returning back to u.s after 2 months.. can i bring back the confiscated gun along with me to U.S... with proper procedure if any... and what will be procedure.. please advise.
