What is the precedure to obtain a Prohibited bore handgun licence. How many weapons can entered in a single NPB licence.

Why do you want to "obtain a Prohibited bore handgun licence"?
Why not make your task easier by applying for a "NPB" instead.
Are you going to inherit a Prohibited bore handgun from a family member. If Yes, then you should apply for it , else it will surely be a herculean task.
You can have 3 NPB weapons on your licence / licences.
