cartridges collection
i am interested in collecting various cartridges of various rifles and bores. Is it allowed legally? If so please give some tips about the particular rule.

Keeping live cartridges without arms license is illegal in India. If you have an arms license then you can keep the amount of cartridges for that particular firearm as allowed by the license.
