The ones I have seen do need to be loaded every shot. I am sure there are some that have a magazine of some sort. I am no expert on air guns, dont own one and honestly havent shot one in decades.

have a look at FX airguns.......in Monsoon version .177, (Semi-auto)they have 12 shot & 16 shot clip.....

You do have multi shot pcps, which are geared for the hunting crowd. many of these come with single shot adaptors so you can shoot them in competitions as well. Look up the Air arms S200, or Hw 100 for example. Since you mention target rifles, I would steer away from most of the Fx series, including the monsoon, as single shot converters for the multi shot ones are almost non existent, even if the cyclone and cutlass come with 3 power options
