Hi
I may have to travel to Canada and I intend to buy some guns.
This site has a whole bunch of brands
http://www.dlairgun.com/
Not sure which one I should go for.

My requirements are
1. PCP 0.177 air rifle with a scope which can also be used for competition
2. PCP 0.177 air pistol : which can be used for competition, I have no interest in a scope with this
3. PCP 0.177 air revolver : like these http://www.dlairgun.com/Smith.html This is for just having fun

My constraints are that the gun itself should not require a license either in India or Canada. They mark the guns which require license in Canada, so I will not buy them.

Suggestions around a good company will be great as there are so many brands and I have no clue...
Thanks
Regards
Gaurav

Hmmmm, a PCP air rifle for competition and plinking use is going to be hard. Since ISSF competition .177 are low power models and useful only for indoor shooting. On the other hand it is hard to resist the temptation to but something more powerful.

What is your budget like? If on the lower side, then the air arms s200 can be modded to shoot competitions.

The three other airguns I would consider if i were you are the Steyr LG110, Fwb P70 and the Walther LG 300. The Steyr had a variable power adjuster, so I assume you could shoot it at low power too. All of these I believe have the option of open sights or scope. But they are quite expensive, and all are single shot

I had gone in for a FX becasue it have variable power, to shoot outdoors and indoors, but they do not make single shot trays for them anymore.

However, if it's dedicated indoor ISSF you want, then it is another matter.

By the way , do check with the canadian members here whether you need
