Info | NRAI people | to buy pump | for PCP pistol

Hi
I have gone through many people (on and off this forum) and a lot of litrature...
My understanding is between a IHP Co2 pistol and IHP PCP pistol a PCP is recomended.
I talked to IHP and they can provide me with the pistol and a Gauge. However the do not sell pumps and have suggested to buy it from NRAI.
Now I tried checking NRAI (National rifle association of India - http://www.nrai.in/) web site but didnt find anything related to sales of pumps
I would like to know if someone can point me in drection of purchasing NRAI equipment vis pumps. Contact number or something similar should be good.
As a non member can I buy this stuff...
I have a feeling I am comming to the end of my quest and no other surprise lurk in this quest...
