Bangaram, air guns dont need a license in India so the answer is Yes to own. If you want to import it is a whole new story of which ones you can bring and ones you cannot. There are several posts related to this on the forum.
Diana is available officially thru its dealer in Pune and other is Delhi.....go thru Diana websites. There are other magnum air guns other than diana that are pwerful and accurate....so be sure to make a informed decision. check post "which airgun to buy".
