I have buyed a new IHP .22 model 35
I AM THINKING ON MOUNTING SCOPE ON IT
but i have no knowledge about scopes
can any one suggest me the right scope in minimum price

For IHP35.22Cal, you cannot fix a scope, since it lacks a rail to mount the scope.... I too in the same state of yours with the same model rifle....

if you are new to air rifles i suggest you practice with the open sights first, i tell you it is lot more fun!!

golden eagle scope..got it from gunrunner here..price 1350..as for the rail i got it made from a blacksmith and spot welded it to the barrel.

Hi gorakhurmi,

If you are looking for an ideal scope for your IHP 35 22 cal air rifle I suggest you go in for a Walther 4 x 32 ASR. I recently got one and had it locally mounted. Make sure that whatever make of scope you are going in for it should be with ASR (anti shock resistant)technology only. This is because air rifles have the peculiarity of recoil both forwards and backwards unlike rimfire or centre fire weapons. Ordinary scopes will get ruined if you use them on air rifles.
Secondly IHP rifles are not provided with base mounts for mounting a scope. You will have to get one made by your local gun smith. Its a precision job. I suggest that you get in touch with our fellow IFGian 'Tirtha Shankar' who can advice you better on how to go about it. Good Luck.

Pls can you upload pictures of the rail you have mounted on you ihp for the scope. I have picked up a scope and need some advice and ideas, I want to mount the scope on my own instead of giving it to a gunsmith. Guys pls feel free to contribute ideas.

n from where did u get that scope...which is the best site to order it??
