How to Determine Year of Manufacture of Gun?

Dear Members,
How do i determine the year of manufacture of an Air Gun? I own a HW 90 and bought it used....was curious how to tell what year it was made.
The gun has a serial number but no year of manufacture....can some one shed some light on this.

write to hw on the no mentioned on gun. They reply back to you quickly.

Most gun makers also respond via phone if you call them during thier working hours.

I had written to HW a week back, still no reply. Will update when i hear from them. Does anyone have the right email address i should write to?

They emailed me back....asking me what my postal address was? Lets see what comes of it.

Finally they have written back to me confirming the date of manufacture.
