Reason for Change Seal from new gun

The biggest problem is most of the lower end air rifles are high in production and parts are generally stamped out. There is little or no deburring of the parts before they are stuffed together. Hence since the seals are nylon or neopreme they do suffer from nicks and cuts, sometimes severe when assembled. Some worse than others.

This was what I have remove from my brand new B40 and the reason why I have changed the seal to get best performance and I am getting :)

Hi Tirths,

Which seal is this? You are still to post the method of airgun dissembly and re assembly. This would indeed be very useful for many of us who have not yet started. :D

Meanwhile can you please tell me how to change the breach seal of my IHP 35; 0.22 mm. It seems to be enlarged. :?

Thanks & Regards,

Atanu
