Buying an Air Pistol

hi am new to this community i thought if the seniors could help me out.
i wanted to buy an air pistol preferably i was thinking of Beretta 92Fs i saw that on pyramydair.com
if anybody could help me regarding this that can i get this from any dealer in Delhi or NCR or i have to import it only?
and as am a rookie as of now and dont have much knowledge if other members and seniors could help me in selecting the pistol too i ll be really thank full.
I have gone through the forums of importing an air gun into India and i got to know that the person(importer) have to be the member of NRA or DSRA i mean any state rifle association from which the person belongs as am not member of NRA either DSRA can you am i eligible to become one as my age is 18 years? i don't have any idea weather they consider age or not thats why am asking
