Flushart,

There is nothing called an airgun sniper rifle. Also, please note that an airgun should never considered to be a toy. You can cause damage and injure someone with an airgun if not used with responsibility. For general plinking, you can pick up an airgun in .177. IHP airguns are the best among Indian manufactured ones. Try aimco.in. Talk to Joy Biswas and pick what you want. He offers good service with good prices. All the best and shoot safe.

Hi,
The gun, which I mention as BSA Meteor, is not a meteor but a very old BSA Gun
The shop owner told me it is polished, repainted & the spring is also not original it is Indian only & rang is about 25 to 30 Mtrs.

The barrel is very nice & the trigger is also very smooth compared to my canon.
Very light weight & the feel of the gun is very nice.

How much should I quote for the BSA Gun?

He also got one Diana Mod 23 without original spring (not in a good condition) may be he not polished or repainted it. But he told me it is chipper then the BSA still not finalized the price.

Hi,
I am from mumbai & one of my best friend is in us. I can ask him to ship an air rifle for me.
My budget is around 15 to 20 k & I am not a member of any rifle club.
Looking for an air rifle
1) Costing around $150
2) Courier charges around $80 to $100
3) 35 % duty on 250 $ will be around $90

So the total coast $350 Appx.(Rs. 17,500/-)

Some of my basic requirements
1) Springer
2) 900 to 1000 FPS
3) With good Scope

I have sorted out some of the air rifle as per my requirements & budget
1) Gamo Big Cat 1200
2) Crosman G1 Xtreme
3) Crosman Phantom 1000X

Please guide me for the best air rifle in my budget

Rifle Scope is a prohibited item. So if you are planning to buy an air rifle with a scope mounted on it, it will be getting confisticated by Customs department upon arrival.

Crossman and Gamo are cheap air rifles in compare to other European brands but still they are thousand times better than any Indian Air rifle in terms of accuracy and power. You can consider Beeman series also they are far better than Gamo and Crossman even in the lower end model.
