can somebody pls advise if the leapers mount better than the rws lock down for a 350 magnum .22 caliber

I think you will stand a better chance of replies if you mention the details of what you're looking for.
Are you referring to the RWS C Mount? Or the Scope Safety block?

Plus Leapers make several mounts that'll fit the Magnum.
So which ones are you comparing? Also, it all depends on which scope you're using.
