You should check the forum pages so that there is no unnecessary repetition of info..
Since some questions may not be discussed, I will post my views below.

1. From where could i Buy a AIR RIFLE in Hyderabad if my budget is 5000 INR
- Refer dealer list

2. In 5000 INR for which maximum shooting range can i get for ex 30 meters or 40 meters
- What you get is an IHP and that will shoot about 35 mtrs and is below 5K. Matter if fact, you dont have much options :)

3. what are things shud we keep in Mind before purchasing the rifle
- Refer previous topics and knowledge base.

4.which CO: make is the best in AIR RIFLE,
The best Indian make is IHP...

5.how to check if AIR rifle can hit the target which is far 35 meters
The rifle takes a few hundred rounds to settle for its full performance,. and most places dont have a 35 mtr range for you check out the gun... Check out a few guns in the armoury; shoot atleast 3 pellets from each available rifle for testing; buy the one which you feel has the best action/constant recoil/shatters the pellet well/good grouping (If you are a good shot)

6.is there any guarantee for this air rifles,
Actually, not much.. read other articles discussed.

7. from where in Hyderabad can i get this serviced or get update upto the mark.
For getting updated 'upto the mark', one should know what your mark is :) Actually, IHP guns are good for plinking, and air rifles dont have anything like 'Update'. You may add some kits to improve the performance for some air guns, but you cant 'update' it. You will have to buy a new and better gun ...

Hi mr_harmick,
Which part of the city do you reside in? There are a couple of Old and good gun shops in Mozam Jahi Market. There are shops in nampalli Area also. There are/were two shops in MG Road area but they did not have a good range when I visited them about 2-3 years back. Yes as suggested by TenX the IHP is the best option for you, given your budget. Alternately you can also order an IHP from M/s Aimco who also happens to be a member of this forum.
Hope this helps.
Srinivas.
