There is no Indian make of fixed barrel but for the IHP Pneumatic which has a few months of waiting period.
You will probably have to go for an imported one which can cost a few tens of thousands...

Well, There is the Tommy Underlever..

Guess its around 4-5k in Bangalore. The quality is nothing to write home about though.

But it IS a fixed barrel one..

You're right at that.. pity about the chances of finding that in Bangalore

I saw some models in .22, in Kolkata made by some local makers ( I forgot the name, SDB, ESA or Arrow may be ) and you can consider them provided you keep quality,accuracy aside. They are available in the market within 3.5K , may be you can ask joy biswas (he is a member here) for it ..he surely have one or can arrange one for you. or you can check with your local dealer too.
